Do I pay anything at booking?
No. Your reservation is confirmed without a deposit. We'll send a payment link closer to your pickup date, with full details of what's included.
What's your cancellation policy?
Flexible. Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before pickup. Inside 7 days, we're happy to discuss options — we'd rather find a solution than keep your money.
What insurance and protection is included?
Every hire includes standard comprehensive cover with a $3,000 excess. You can reduce this to $2,000 (Peace of Mind) or $1,000 (Ultimate) — options appear in the booking widget at step 3. The Range Rover Sport V8 has a different rate because it's a specialist vehicle.
Can I be picked up at Christchurch Airport?
Yes. Delivery anywhere in Christchurch — including the airport, your hotel, or an Airbnb — is $150. We meet you personally, hand over the keys, and walk you through the vehicle.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. If you're delayed, so are we — no change, no charge. Just let us know you're on the later one when you land.
Can I drop off in Queenstown?
Yes. One-way to Queenstown is $1,000, which covers us bringing the vehicle back. It's worth it for the right trip — ask us if you're not sure.
